Carfax reports one accident, but no signs of it in pictures. But do Honda dealerships sell bad cars? If possible, what things should i check for?

Thanks for the input, turns out the car was a piece of junk. The brakes were bad, bumpers was sagging. And i found out that it was the same dealer that told my friend they had a running prelude when there wasn't even clutch. FCUK WILLET HONDA SOUTH.
