Idle Air Replaced, still funky idle!

well i had that same problem, is your idle dropping real low, then come back up and then it starts fluxuating (sp)

I replaced the fast idle valve. Nothing happened. If you look inside the intake manifold, you see two holes on the left side, upper and a lower one. Does anyone know where the lower one leads? I think this may be the source of it because when i cover it with my finger, it idles normal.
