Ok, I will explain... Its a very simple tool to make. You need to locate a rubber cap that can fit over your throttle body. (you take off your intake). Then you get a valve stem and poke it through the rubber cap. With this tool you put an bike pump or air compressor and fill your engine up with air. You then take off the hose and listen for leaks.
