well.. if i sit and wait in the burning sun for about 20 min it will eventually start. See the thing is.. the car starts fine when its not hot outside..But when it is, I have to try for about a good 10 - 20 min before it will turn on. Or sometimes it turns on and then turns right back off. The relay has been suggested by a few people... but does the heat have a big impact on the circuit not working right?

yep it sure does surprisingly. it causes the soldering to get weak and messes up the conductivity.
