Default CEL code 45 on 92 Prelude S Left (front) air/fuel ratio out of range-rich or lean

Please help, I have a 92 Prelude S, modified it as soon as I got it (intake, high flow muffler and aftermarket header, it already had a high flow cat), and now the CEL is on. It shows a code 45 Left (front) air/fuel ratio out of range-rich or lean. I don't want to run it lean b/c that can cause engine damage, and I don't think it's running rich cuz it's not smoking black or sooty. It seems to run ok, but it idles low sometimes (not up and down). If it's running lean I was thinking 'bout putting in a resistor for the IAT sensor to run it richer. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

best thing to do is to get a wideband on it to see what it's doing rich or lean then fix the issue if it's a bad o2 or whatever it could be. putting resistors on the iat isn't the best way to fix it.

You are the man! Of course it was the o2 sensor, what was I thinking? I owe you one.
