Thread: Del sol problems? sounds like transmission?

    Exclamation Del sol problems? sounds like transmission?

    My del sol started making a loud popping noise and jerking when it is moving not just accelerating. when i start to move it only does it at certain spots as the wheels rotate. it makes a hard jerk and loud popping noise, almost like something inside the tranny is catching. i tried to see if it was possible to drive the car at all and in this condition it is best it not move at all. any one got any ideas what the problem might be?

    halfshaft/axle? maybe

    give more details.AT/MT?

    really honestly sounds like the axles isnt in the trans all the way.... of something inside the axles is fucked.
