    Default emissions help

    I drive a 98 civic ex with JDM B16A swap and need help passing emissions.

    the b16a runs with a 97 GSR distributor (B16A-Sir2) and skunk2 p28, my CEL stays on but runs great (no sputter, no misfire, idles fine)

    Can anyone help me out?
