The SR20 swap is one of the easiest swaps out there, it bolts right in, everything fits perfectly and the hardest part is the wiring which really isn't that hard because there is a plethora of wiring diagrams available online. All you need is a decent ratchet set some wrenches, and an engine hoist (which you can rent)
