Between those- get the 6000k. If you go too high, you just look silly and lose visiblity. HID's are all about improved clarity at night. Sure, purply blues look great, but they are not functional.

yeah anythin after 6000k you start to lose lumins of light but the difference between the 6000k and the 8000k in light output is relatively nothing. but 10000-30000k it just gets darker blue and violet, but i think i will stick to 8000.

    thanks

I would get the 6000K, i hear that color HID's such as blue or purple can give you a headache.

make sure you check you headlight aiming... some don't and for some reason the hid points higher and man that is some major glare...

what kit are you getting... 6000k is good for good white light and a blue tint...

6000k is the yellowish white color. 8000k is the whitest u can get while 10,000k is the blue ass light with 12,000k being striaght up purple. for visibility puropses....i recommend the 8000k. if u want ur lights to look blue then jump up to 10,000k

6000k or lower for whiteness and brightness. Here's a site that might help you out.
