If you bring a salvage titled car into georgia from another state is it possible to fix it and use it as a daily, what would i have to do. My dad is saying someone told him with some new law you can't rebuild a salvage titled car in ga.

You could probably photoshop a salvage title.
you have to have license's and all kinds of crap to do it....ends up being around $10k. Not worth it.
