A bad TPS is definately the culprit of surging idle....


please go back to second grade and learn how to spell lemme correct it for you

i have a 90' model talon that wants to idle really low then surge high. (removed "now") It was on a computer and the code was for a tps. I wanted to know if there is something else it could be,or should I just go buy a tps and trust the computer? because the thing is i have seen other forums say that it has a lotof other stuff that goes wrong that makes it do that as well. Any takers on this? or should i just trust the computer?
