I also had them do my truck. I was happy with the results and a few days later I noticed some bubbles in the corner of the rear glass. I took it back to Conrad to have him see if the bubbles would spread and he said he shouldnt have let it leave like it was and replaced the tint. I wasnt expecting him to do that, I figured he would bs me about it and I would have to fight with him to get it right. He immediately took care of the problem without complaint. He is a good guy who stands behind his work.
