help with a 91 talon turbo
alright I just picked up a 91 talon turbo
and it wont crank.
the guy that owned it said
he drove it to the gas station and when he went to leave it wouldn't crank.
he tried for like 40mins and when it finally did crank it was skipping
like it was running on 3 cylinders or 1 of the plugs was fouled out.
when he popped the hood he said oil was all over the passenger side of the engine bay.
when he finally got it home he tried to crank it again and nothing.
I tried to get it too crank today and it spun over really slow then kinda picked up a little but it never fired up.
I figured the battery was dead,
so after a good charging I put the battery back in and it did the same thing. :confused:
I called up a friend of mine and he for some reason said it sounds like the turbo is bad.
im guessing maybe timing jumped.
so now im just looking for a place to start,
do a little trouble shooting.
so any ideas or tips on what to check will be most helpful.
