    Default FS: XXL Joe Rocket Jacket & CBR 1000RR DMP Highbank Windscreen

    Joe Rocket Reactor Jacket XXL (Too big for me, causes to much drag while riding) - Like new - $125obo

    Features:

    * Rock Tex™ 600 outer shell
    * 1.1mm leather reinforcement
    * High density padding in shoulders, elbow and back
    * Dual density body armor
    * Dual density spine pad
    * Adjustable waistband
    * 8" rear zipper for pant attachment
    * Full sleeve removable thermal liner
    * Reflective stripe (horizontal strip below shoulders in back)

    (As quoted from New Enough): This jacket is constructed of solid textile material with non-perforated leather reinforcements over the shoulders, down the arms, and down each side. Like other textile styles, this jacket is made for a wide range of riding temperatures. In warm weather, you can take advantage of the zippered biceps vents and rear zippered vents to get some air moving through. For cooler weather you can use the removable full-sleeve thermal liner. For crash protection, the Reactor S jackets have raised areas with built-in armor pieces (you can see these in the pics) and also there are perforated removable dual density armor pieces installed in pockets of the jacket liner. The leather reinforcement with these jackets provides an extra measure of abrasion protection as well as a bit more "structure" for holding the armor in position. And, it has a neat sport look. I personally think the leather/tex design has a lot more sex appeal than standard textile jackets too. To help get a good fit and secure armor placement, the sleeves are fitted with adjustable straps.

    I'm not really digging the color and it took me a month to research it and find out that the parts guy ordered me the wrong one. I wanted iridium........... Anywho I'm trying not to hold onto spare parts for the bike like I did my car and adding junk to the already junked garage.

    The windscreen is like new and it doesn't have any scratches or blemishes. The color is Mercury (Chrome) Part No. 500-2106M for a 04-05 CBR 1000RR - $65obo

    I like that jacket, but I think it's too big for me. Website says 2XL is 50+ chest. I think that's too big for me.

    Is this the 2.0 Reactor or something else? Is the outside both Leather and mesh?

    You going to be anywhere near the metro area anytime soon?

    I damaged one of the arms earlier this week after I picked up a new jacket. placed it on ebay to see what I may or may not be able to get out of it. Tether strapped it to the seat and hit some curvy roads, somehow worked it loose and one of the arms got rubbed by the rear wheel pretty bad. Didn't tear the leather or seams, but ripped a decorative cord. So, unless you're still interested after seeing the pics I'll be keeping it. Someone from a bike shop said I may be able to order a whole new sleeve from Joe Rocket.

    PM'd you the link with all of the info and updated pics..........
