    What brand high flow cat is the best for the lowest price? Are any of the ones on ebay any good to pass emissions and gain horsepower?

    Yup thats true, I got my Magnaflow cat @ Mainstream & installed there. Actually could feel the power too, stock cats have the worst flow.
