You can get just about anything at whatever price you're willing to pay if you have the time to look and watch ALL the forums and websites...i picked up a brand new ITR longblock for $2,600, would need $1,500+ in parts and a B-series transmission, then you'd have an EF in 13's...low 13's on slicks...but that's not the point.
