brand new and the tire wore through it, apparently the wheels on the car are about an inch too wide. so im callign the guy and going to either make him pay me for half the bags of buy the car back (beauties of base, 30 day lemon law rule, if something is messed up 30 days the owner didnt tell you yuo get your money back
