    Default some guides... chilton... haynes..

    anyone know how i can get a free guide... i've got to take a radiator off and put a new one on, thermostat, and an idle air controll valve...

    i'm not gonna try to hide it, i don't know a thing about cars..
    yet i want to learn... so there's no better way than doing it urself...

    the radiator is civic radiator.. but the iacv is for the b18... any
    help would be apprectiated.

    iacv is right under your intake manifold should be 3 screws and one wire plug

    and radiator should be the few bolts on the top where the mounts are...take those out, take off the upper and lower hose, take off the fan(if applicable) and pull it up and right out. the thermostat is probably in a hump where a coolant hose goes into the engine. there is probably 2 bolts that hold it there...take those out and put the new thermostat in. make sure if it has a little dangly thing on it to put that up of it is has an arrow on it to put it up. make sure u put it in the right way too. its really simple stuff and once u look at it u could probably figure it out. i would waste money on a book for this, its almost impossible to mess up lol
