Default FC N/A to Turbo Conversion Help!!!

Can somebody help me, I wanna buy a FC from a friend but its non turbo. He was explaining to me that i'd have to get a complete turbo 2 motor, ecu, wiring harness an new tranny which sounds costly. If someone could give me much more detail an information about any problems (tranny wise, motor wise) where to get a turbo 2 motor from how much the swap would cost. This will be my 1st project an my second turbo car if everything goes well

Don't do it. It's a lot cheaper to just buy a TII. Basically, you will need everything from a TII to do the swap correctly.

Even simplier, build the motor, put a good wet kit on it.

Haltechs and rotaries have been hand in hand for years and the results speak for themselvs. Just talk to anybody with a Haltech and/or a rotary and you'll know what im talking about. Ive done a few of them and its trully easy to do and get running pretty quick.

Permit me to introduce my self, im Claudio, some of you may know me from the Haltech boards out there. I recently moved here to GA to work at a shop here that will cater to all things racing, drag, drift, time attack, show, etc. As well as hard core engine management, performance parts and eventually down the line there will be a dyno inhouse to do all the tuning safely and reliably.

Feel free to contact me for any of your needs. I do most enigne management systems and rotaries are my specialty, but i work on pretty much anything.

I'd go with a Microtech before using Haltech.

Both are excellent with good support. I like the Microtech's also.
