I just got my car back from the shop and I still have a violent shake in the steering wheel at 60 mph and gets worse the faster I go. what do u guys think is the problem, I was thinking its either the tie rod or the toe angle

have u rotated and balance ur wheels lately.
its one of 3 things i can think of.....check ur tie rods to see if the pin is in and loose nuts....ur wheels and tires might need to be check.....and lastly...check ur lower control arms and see if the pins are there or any loose nuts ...
it could be a bunch of stuff. TONS of stuff can cause that so its pretty much impossible to tell u what it is bc ud have to look at it
also it could be wheel bearing, road force variation, axles, loose wheels, unbalanced tires, bent rim, god knows what else
yeah, def check if the tires are balanced. Some of the weights could of come off. Thats probably the cheapest, so i would check that before you spend money to have a mechanic to check the other stuff.
alighnment?
aligntment, balance, wheel bearings
