99/00 Civic Si Read Disc Conversion into 99 EX Checklist

I've been looking everywhere for a guide or checklist of everything i need off a 99-00 Civic Si to complete a rear disc conversion on my 1999 Honda Civic Ex Coupe..so far no luck..if anyone can post a link to one maybe from Honda-Tech or something it would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the kit locally for a good price and it comes with the following

below is a list of everything that comes with it. No Brake lines and its missing a bracket...is it worth getting steel braided lines or stick with oem? if i am missing anything else please list

hub assemblys
calipers
oem rotors
e-brake cables

it is missing one braket that attaches the caliper to the brake line.
how much does this bracket usually run?

I believe i need a 99-00 SI Proportioning valve

you would also need the brake porportoining valve from an si other than that you have everything you need
