No, but it is easy anyways. There are 2 screws at the bottom of the HVAC console, unscrew them and yank the HVAC console loose of the clips. Yank the speaker cover off, it is held on by the same goofy clips. think it's 2 screws to pull the speaker, you really dont need the damn thing. Easy job, takes like 15 minutes max.
