just swap back the stock inj, drop in the stock ecu, and take out your wastegate spring (if external) or disconnect actuator from wg arm (if internal). should take you 20-30 min and drive it for 50-80 miles to get the ecu out of readiness hold and then pass legally.
it's getting harder and harder to find someone to get your car passed in it's present state.

its n/a but then i will have to wire a knock sensor and de-tune my car (cam timing and ignition timing) which would cost $500 after i get it retuned
The Yokohama place does emissions and they will "help you pass" for a small fee.
