quick question

this might sound stupid but when someone sells a car without title..... is it possible to make another title? or what do u actually have to do to drive the car legally?

u have to go get a new one

you have to get another through the dmv, not sure how long it takes, but they contact last owned it was registered to (from what ive been told), ask them some questions, and then issue you a new title
