1439/2000: I love it when people have attitudes like yours. Basically you are more of a magazine driver than a real driver (meaning you go by numbers and not drivability). A car with 240 ft/lbs of torque and 235 hp could beat a car with 300 hp if it is set up properly. It also depends on how the car is being used. Most rally cars only have 300 hp because that is all they need. There are many different types of racing. Quickness is all relative my friend. The most important thing is a good usable power band. Look how many cars there are out there that are only dyno queens with impressive numbers.
