    very easy and i believe u can just hand tight them on. u dont have to use a torque because it would look crazy for that big wrench and those small nutz

    there are small torque wrenches and ones that do inch pounds.

    technically there is a torque seqence but on valve covers its not super important, just try to cross it up, and the torque isnt super important either just make sure they are tight enough to make a good seal and snug them up a bit but make sure not to overtighten them bc they will snap pretty easily if ur not careful and then it will be one of those things u break open and its a mess!!!
