According to the included instructions, yes. All that is required is standard installation procedures (ie, lubricating o-rings before installation, spinning into place, etc.)

It doesn't mention any notices on stock or aftermarket fuel rails, so it's my *ASSUMPTION* they will work on a stock fuel rail.
