Default Broke the head of the bolt.... shit!!

On my rear suspension, where the strut bolts at the bottom, I broke the head off while tring to unscrew it. Obviously the bolt is either rusted or jammed. The only idea I have is to drill straight through the bolt and hope it crumbles or collapses in the process. Any other input on this??

take a torch and heat the bolt and get yourself and extractor set from snap-on or mac
tools..etc...and the bolt will ease out...the small set runs about $35-50 dollars......
