    anyone know anyone in the lawrenceville area that will pass emissions my car wont pass its a 91 240

    from looking at your mods.. I assume you have a KA. You probably will end up saving money in the long run (how are you planning to pass emissions next year? the year after that? keep finding loopholes?) if you just fix whatever problem you have.
    Your car is obdI, it just has to pass a sniffer test, nothing a good tune up and a working catalytic converter can't fix.
    Please tell me if you think my car looks good. But don't tell me if you think it's ugly - only on IA

    my egr system is gone i have a cat and a tune up but my NOx lvl is 3 times the legal limit i dont plan on living in GA but for a couple more years (u never know) just need some help for now
