How would you know and yes she does she has a hahn turbo almost 5 grand turbo and a n/x wet nitrous kit 75 shots of nitrous could get a 100 shots also.
People who concern themselves with decals, blacked-out headlights and m3 fenders neither have a turbo nor nitrous.

Ahem. If I had a 5 grand turbo on my crappy neon, I would post pictures of more than just yellow decals and some wonky gas cap.
First of all, the lack of any sort of intercooler tips me off that indeed, there is no turbo.
Also, anyone who claims to be a "ricer for christ" probably wouldn't have nitrous, since it is against the law, after all.
