Problems with ITR Tranny

Well, havin problems with tranny making wierd noise. I thought it was the throw out bearing and changed it out but still making noise, Only makes noise when in gear, idling, but dosent make it when pushed in cuz tranny is not spinnin. Need to know if somone can tell me what it is and can it be fixed without spending money for a new tranny. If I had to get new tranny what should i get as far as building an itr tranny. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Did you change the Polit bearing? when you changed the throw out bearing.... That might be it
