its free...it is at wings landing in the cycle gear parking lot, kinda across the street from lawrenceville honda-yamaha, if you are going toward athens on 316 then take a right at the first light on 316, that's collins hill road...go up about a half mile and you go up and over and hill and come to another light, its where the wal mart and cycle gear is, take a right at that light and you'll see everyone. like aplinestar said, it starts around 7 or so
