    You can buy it in sheets, wouldn't be much more than the sand paper, painters tape, and a can of clear.

    A wax applicator pad and a little container of metal polish cream works fine on headlights. Circular motion on it by hand like you're waxing a car and wipe it off with a clean cloth.
