The Evo has only been available in the USA for a few years but has been available elsewhere around the world for many many years.

You're retarded. The Lancer Evolution has been out since 1992. Notice we have Evo 8 and 9's here?!?! They started importing 8's in 03 to America and have had them everywhere since 92. Before the Evolution there was the Galant VR-4 which was the Mitsu rally car.

And the lancers that rally are evolutions and old gsr's from the 70s which were rwd. -1 for being ignorant as fuck.
