thats the funniest thing I've ever seen that guys a fucking retarded an $800 dollar header hell I can get a custom race one for under $300, and who would spend $1000 on exhaust for that amount I could get exhaust made for my car and about 6 or my friends cars too. I want to race this guy.

this was his next reply to what i said.
Check the note that I have just posted. Due to state to state differences in emission regulation, performance chips are often deemed inappropriate for common street use. That said, I ommitted, purposely, from the specs. I did not lie about the HP, and do have the documentation. If you are willing to test me on this, that is fine. And though I am not a technician, I have a lawyer and a certified AFTERMARKET HONDA mechanic, specialized in Honda performance, who would certainly attest to the specs I have included in my description. I do not make idle threats. However, if you do contact EBay... I would be happy to talk to them, and then I will press charges. What you are doing is illegal, and though you may be well versed with vehicle performance, you do not know the first thing about consumer liability. If you wish to test me, please do so. I am not in the market to press charges, however out of principle, I will have no problems escalating this matter and making it known the slander that may cause my car to lose value.

listen man...face it. you are not pushin that horse power. list in your next message EVERY single mod that you have done tho that car in order to achieve that amount of power. then maybe ill believe you. i would also like to see a dyno chart. im considering buying this car and as a potential buyer, i want proof that this vehicle is capable of what you stated. if you want to file a lawsuit against me, then go ahead. ill have my lawyer on hand as well. if i dont see proof...i will contact ebay. ive ben riped off on ebay and what youre doing is a moral no-no. it is a sin. youer making this car something that it is not. again, i wanna see a list of what the modifications are, and what brands the parts are, and a dyno chart. incase you dont know, the dyno charts say the customers name, the vehicle and its mods.

somebody told me that ebay closed that listing. i know dozens of people off of preludepower.com wrote the ebay staff and expressed how pissed they were that he is trying to rip somebody off and threatening to sue for no reason.

looks like about the 4th ad he's made on ebay. funny thing is that it says "4-way custom headers," but if you look at the pic of the engine it looks like the header says dc sport.
