    Default ACCORD 2005 rest light after oil change...?

    ACCORD 2005 rest light after oil change...? so one of the ladies at work asked me about how to turn the Matinance light off... i guess it comes on when oil neeeds to be changed or is changed... any ideas?

    yea it comes on when the oil needs to be changed. Try to turn the key off hold the reset button on the dash(where the speedo and rpm gauge is) while holding the button turn the key into the on postion and hold the button untill the light flashes or it says reset or just goes off. Turn the key back off and then start it and see if it is out.
