let me rephrase my question... first i want to convert my auto transmission to a manual.. what do I need to replace ( engine..ect...) where is a good place to get it done and about how much am I look at to spend roughly

What kind of car is this? Unless your particularly attached to this car, you might as well sell it and buy a factory manual car... Alot of work/labor goes into converting an auto car to manual (mostly installing the clutch/pedal assy).
