    Default Best choice?

    328is 5spd
    or
    A4 1.8t Quattro 5spd?

for modding to get a sweet DD with good power (enough for low 13's at least) and sweet handling that makes you feel good, lol

Intresting...im torn, you can turbocharge/supercharge the BMW, but sometimes that causes headaches, then again a BT on the A4 would do the same...

I think i have to show some VAG love and go for the A4. Throw a GT2871R or a 28RS on there, have Revo tune it and your good to go. There is a guy over on Audizine with a B6 Avant running in the 12s with the 28RS setup

dude $ for $ audi... its already boosted ........ why spend all shit extra loot to supercharge a 3 when you can buy a boosted car and save 1000s... you can get a 1.8t into 13's w/ bolt ons

under 1000$ to get into 13's or 3000-5000$ to get into 13's

So you are saying forced induction on an E36 will NEVER cause even a few slight problems. Im not saying it isnt worth it, or it cant be done easily, just saying IMHO doing stuff like that should be done carefully as lots COULD go wrong. Same thing goes for BT upgrades on the A4.

Ill agree with Paul though, A4 all the way

I would take the Audi on this one.
