What is a Ricer?

the simple definition of a ricer is a all show no go. so neons altezzas and vinyls are considered rice. the opposite of a rice is a sleeper. some people say that spoilers and bodykits are rice but if bought from a company that actually tests out its body kits will help with aerodynamics. and i consider any muffler as non rice especially if its a cat back

Altezzas are pretty badass if you do the right stuff. They can get well over 700 hp if you turbo it. The Castrol Supra uses a 3sgte and it has 800 hp. And also, mufflers are rice if it's not a full exhaust.
