first of all i had a 13 second single vtec. second of all rice is people that just put headers, muffler, intake and think their shit is fast!! my friend is a ricer. he has 88 dx hatch with a stock motor and for some reason has a 3 inch cat back with a homemade intake sittin on stock suspension with 16's and has a big tach with a maaco paint job and a bunch of stickers and swears up and down that he has the fastest ef ever. he thought he was fast cause he beat and automatic four door completely stock integra. he thought he could beat my ls/vtec hatch i granny shifted never even let vtec kick in and still smoked him by 3 car lengths. that's the definition of a ricer but he's my friend so i still hang out with him.

It all depends, but mostly its a state of mind. If you're racing vettes, vipers and shit claiming to have beaten them when you only have I/E, then you're a ricer. Some people may think Halo's are rice, others not.

i've killed plenty of vipers in my integra
this vtec fluid i added aint no joke, really helped my vtec in my LS motor lasts longer

the simple definition of a ricer is a all show no go. so neons altezzas and vinyls are considered rice. the opposite of a rice is a sleeper. some people say that spoilers and bodykits are rice but if bought from a company that actually tests out its body kits will help with aerodynamics. and i consider any muffler as non rice especially if its a cat back

Altezzas are pretty badass if you do the right stuff. They can get well over 700 hp if you turbo it. The Castrol Supra uses a 3sgte and it has 800 hp. And also, mufflers are rice if it's not a full exhaust.
