H23/H22 Vtech

Ok I know this subject people agree on and disagree on but i wanna know does anyone have a step by step build up of the H23 with H22 Vtec head frankenstein engine

its VTEC not VTECH....

if you can change a timing belt you can do it.

1) H23 block---remove the oil orfice on the block (by the knock sensor)
2) Replace anything that the H23 timing belt touches with H22 timing
component gear
3) Run H22 head gasket, waterpump
4) put it together....
