A buddy of mines is selling me his Eg coupe for cheap! that he hadn't register when he bought it =( Now he had lost the tittle so the car is not under his name and there is no way he can contact the seller because he got it off autotrader and was puchase almost 2 years from now. He told me all he need is to write me a bill of sales and go get me another tittle. The thing is that ,I don't get, how would that be proof that it's his car to the Tag office because he had no tittle and it's not registered under his name. Then I thought , why not I just goto the tag office and just say it's my car that I lost the tittle but my mom say if I take it, I might have to pay big fines because the tag is still on it and its not registered for almost 2years.... So Cheap Car + Fines is not cheap! but my other friends says, there will be no fines... So I don't know... Need some info plz!! THanx
