    Um...assuming you can afford both, M3...is that really a decision you would have to make though?

    is there a 2006 m3? i thought they stopped making e46 chassis cars.

    E90 Sedan is out

    E46 Coupe, Covert., and M3 are still in production for the 06 model year.

    07 will definately have the E90 Coupe and Covt. not sure when the E90 M3 will be released though...either 07 or possibly 08. Im guessing 07 though...

    Id still go with an M3. Actually 92-93 if you can find a used in good condition 4 door M3 that would be awesome. One of my favorite cars BMW ever made. The space of a sedan with the power of an M series

    m3 is quicker off the line 325i faster i have to pick 325i its just my car

    Do what I did.. Buy a 325is.. drop in an S52.. ODB1 conversion.. Faster than a stock M3 and cheap insurance.

    depends what you need it for autocross and that m3 cause you not gonna need the top end speed of the 325i

    HUH??? I do not understand why you think a 325i has more top end speed than an M3? An M3 has more top end speed than a 325i.

    buy the 325i, take difference between m3 and 325i and go buy 2jz that makes 600whp, insert 2jz into 325i, go piss of someone with a viper.

    i like the swap idea

    i want a 318is then swap in an e46 m3 motor and tranny, now that would be tight too, along with a turbo, prolly would cost more then the 2jz however

    My dads neighbor has a 93-95 325i sedan with a m3 turbo swap. Its freakin bad ass... Over 400hp and tq.

    Makes my dads E36 325i look boring, haha.
