You can not chip an obd2 ecu. You can reflash it. I assume you are talking about some type of handheld thing like a powerchips or something along those lines. As far as "chipping" like you can do an obd1 computer, it's not possible. Hondata does offer an ecu reflash service for the RSX but you would have to send your ECU to them if I'm not mistaken.
