    ..wha? you mean b16? d-series motors are all single cam. and if they are both d-series then yes but you cant swap single cam and dual cam heads with eachother

    No, not all D series are single cam. The integra from 86-89 came with a D16A motor that was a dual cam. As for swapping it over, I believe it can be done like any other D series swap but I'm not sure. I'm sure some here knows for sure.

    no it will not bolt up, as stated above, the old old tegs came with dual cam but tryin to put that on a single cam aint going to happen.

    yup. Also, that block won't bolt up to a 88-00 transmission either. the d16a1 is somewhat of a red-head step child. The only thing that I believe you can use from it is the pistons. Since the d16a1 head is dual cam, it has a large combustion chamber, to achieve normal compression it used high dome pistons. People often take these pistons (like 30 bucks a piece from a dealer) and put them in their d16z6s to achieve higher compression.
