He bought those wheels aftermarket. He told me he would sell me the 05 wheels, call him last night to set up delivery time and then this morning he sends me an email and says he solds them on ebay after he agrees to bring them to me this weekvery Shady.

You should have told me they were on Ebay and if they did not sell you would sell them to me for $400. Instead you sent me an email and told me you would sell them to me for $400 and bring them to me. I still have all emails that you sent and like I said I could be a jerk and force you to sell me the rims for $400 since it is a binding agreement. Study up on your laws. If I sent you an email and told you I would sell you the rims for $400 I would stand by that regardless. But as they say Karma is a bitch and you will get yours back. And I can post up your original email if you would like
