What does anyone think of the Mini Coopers? I'm thinking about getting one. And wanna know how well they perform, how well they hold up and so on.

    Does anyone have one?

Oh yea I'm talking about the New Mini's

    Thanks

I like the look of em.... I wouldn't mind having a suped up one... but as they sit, not too crazy about em. I think it's mostly the bulldogish stance they have that I like.

I've heard good things about them. Funny part was one night I saw a Mini meet and I called them the BMW Mini. A guy from the meet came up to me and told me not to call them BMW's, lol. Technically they are owned by BMW, so....

yea I test drove a mini that was at a used car dealership up here. But it was just the everyday model, with automatic, But It was fun to drive. I really enjoyed! I wanna try out the Cooper S, I was looking at some mini's the other night and this one guy put a supercharger and a turbo in his and it kicked out I think 250hp. I thought that wasn't to bad for such a small car.

If I ever got a mini it'd have to be a stick.. having an auto would ruin what fun there is in a little car..

Yeah a motor that small does not need an auto.

I wouldnt mind picking up an S in a couple of years. They're a very comfy car for big people.

I was at the Infiniti dealership with a buddy in his BMW 330, and the guy asked what we were driving and we said the BMW out front. So we went on a test drive in the G35 and pull the car back around and the salesman goes "So is that your mini out front?"

They're fun, nimble cars. If you decide to get one, get the S.
