    Default GIAC/ APR

    So whats the deal with this shi*? Im trying to decide between the 2. My Boy Paul has GIAC and says is the shit. But Ive been reading and reading on both Chips.... and uhm I see better Gains and and more options for APR.
    Shit is crazy I thought the Honda market was bad.. shit is crazy.. hehe

    GIAC all the way, i have personally dyno'd with APR, REVO, UPSOLUTE and my car made more power w/ less mods than all of the others, you can read all of the shit you want but GIAC is the only chip i would put on my car.

    If you want i'll have tracy/dan pull the dynos for ya and show ya whatz up... my car made 40+hp/70+lbs w/ chip alone.

    *i will say i've have seen an APR 93 make a few more hp than GIAC 93, but torque was big differance and GIAC has it in the bag

    I have APR and i love it, but i have never driven a comprable car w/ GIAC to offer a first hand experience. Honestly you cant go wrong with either.

    i have APR on mine but its because it had to have it 4 the stage 3 BT... i had revo on my GLI which worked well. i have been in every type of chipped 1.8t besides a GIAC. michigan didnt have many choices like you do here! i think they all have there ups and downs.

    Welcome to the great debate. In the end its whats the better deal. The driver can make the difference before the software, I think we can all agree on that.
    I used APR...and had no probs ever.

    i have GIAC, but it caem with the car in a little giac box and was like sweeeeet

    but yea i would go for the best deal, save some mula

    GIAC has always usually shown more power gains. APR usually has a smoother power band. GIAC likes to kick boost in pretty hard. I guess however you like to have it, thats your choice.
