Just curious, how is it the best of both worlds, maybe if it was something crazy like a h22 w/ a c5 head on it, but not how u put it. B18c5's dont have bottom end power (h22's do since they are bigger motors hence more torque) and the only way to get power out of a c5 is to rev the crap out of them, hence the c5 head which is specifically made for the kind of high revs it sees. I'd think you would just lose power by adding a h22 head to it.

Anyways, to the question.
I would say a gsr motor (b18c1) would be ur best bet to boost
On a side note: i think it would be a good idea to jsut search around, this has been answered over and over again, and before you go aiming for the fastest quarter mile times possible you need to probably learn a little more so you have a little more of an idea of what you are dealing with, oh, and be ready to spend a big chunk of change for those sub 10 sec times you might be wanting.
