I went with Megan racing springs. They are cheap and ride surprisingly well. I went with 350z springs for the most drop.

Tein or Tanabe are great springs.

I'm not a fan of the Tein springs due to their spring rates.

What are you going to do with the car? Simply cruise around town?

yea simply cruise around town. daily driver. I have heard good things about H&R springs or putting stock 350z springs. I am looking for a progressive set of springs because although I do want it lower I still want it to drive comfortably. I am not looking to race or anything like that. Also I am keeping my stock 18in rims if that matters.

I have had H&R springs on my car for 7 years and they still ride great. Can't say they they are the best but they have a nice ride.

Changed out the struts with AGX's and a front strut bar. I did run them on stock struts but they blew a little over a year after installation.
